Overseas Entrepreneurship Programme (OEP): OEP is an overseas internship programme under Singapore’s Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and is part of the Government’s Global Innovation Alliance (GIA) initiative that encourages Singapore talents to be exposed to innovation ecosystems all over the world.

It provides entrepreneurially inclined undergraduate students the opportunity to take up overseas internships in startups that are based in major innovation hotspots around the world. Through OEP, selected students will gain a global perspective of business and markets and learn from founders the skills to build and run a startup.

The internship placement is for a period of 6 months or 1 year and between two intakes – January and July.

Our students come from a diversity of disciplines and faculties, allowing participating startups to find suitable interns for their business growth.

Application period:
For July 2025 Interns: Early December 2024 – Mid January 2025
For Jan 2026 Interns: Early June 2025 – Mid July 2025
